I spent the morning packing and doing some more research for Edinburgh. I'm very excited to be going.

Fred was in London today covering William and Kate's engagement but we were unable to meet since I was leaving before dinner time, and he was only here for the day.

Ellie, Dawn and I made our way to the train station for a 5:30 train. I had to sit on a fold down seat for a little while before I could take an empty reserved seat but it was fine. Once I moved to the real seat I watched Harry Potter 6 on my iphone, in preparation for tomorrow.

Our hostel is right down the road, about 1 block, from the train station, just down the hill from Edinburgh Castle, 2 streets over from the Royal Mile and just across the bridges from Princes street. In other words, prime prime location. The hostel is fine, pretty much what you would expect, although we did have some loud people in our room late at night. We finally got to sleep, very excited for the morning.
