Long day.

Work was pretty good. I spent the entire morning working on a particularly difficult piece making little progress so after lunch I moved onto others and made much greater progress.

At the end of the day Felicity told me about a trip she was taking her son on tomorrow (thus not being at work) and told me to have a good weekend. So now I have tomorrow off so that was a nice surprise.

This evening was a mixture of things. I made chorizo empanadas for dinner. They were so good. I hadn't made them in quite a while. Then we did a bunch of research for our class registration, which is coming up in a couple weeks. I videochatted with Stacy about it for a while. We also talked about our tickets to see FC Barcelona when I'm there (so excited. It's going to be a fabulous game and so cheap in comparison to all the games in England).

Then Ellie, Dawn and I went down to the edge if Soho to get some frozen yogurt. It was so delicious. Disregard the fact that it was pretty cold out.

When we came back I did a lot more research for classes. It turns out that our registration slot is while I'm in transit to Barcelona so I have to email the registrar's office ahead of time and hope that they actually register me.

Anyway sleepy time now. Long day tomorrow. I've got a variety of activities planned throughout the day.
