Long day today.
I went to work and did a variety of tasks which makes the day go by fast. Andrea (the EPA director in London) came to visit me today to see how everything is going with my internship and the rest of the program. She told me that Felicity is very pleased and impresses with the work I am doing so far.
Once the workday was over we headed to the British Museum to setup refreshments for the lecture that the PEF was sponsoring. This lecture was about Les Starskey, a famous archaeologist in Paleatine, given by his son. It was pretty interesting. After the lecture I helped put out the food and pour wine (and lots of it). I had had basically no food since lunchtime and my cup kept being refilled by everyone. Needless to say the walk home was an adventure. Mom don't worry I'm fine. Even when drinking I am responsible, what's up with that?
Anyway I came back and put some food in my empty stomach. Now I'm going to bed. I've got to get up early so Dawn and I can go to Liverpool!!!!!! Beatles land here I come!!! It's like my personal Mecca. So excited.
