Good day.
I slept in a bit then caught up on tv shows while getting ready for class. No hot water. Apparently some pump broke or something so the whole building has no hot water until further notice.
Class today was a field trip to the Frieze Art Fair in Regent's park (nice short walk for me). It was in a giant climate controlled tent (this is London after all. Our clear weather right now is an anomaly). There were many stalls displaying work from various artists and galleries all across the world. It was all very interesting but also overwhelming (with about 100 different stalls). Outside of the tent there were some large sculptures placed in the park. These were very nice and the recent emergence of autumn made their setting very beautiful.
It was such a lovely site to see leaves of different colors covering the trees and the ground. Until now there was little of that. I think the cold weather these past few days must've aided that. I was chased around a bit by two squirrels. I was cutting across some grass when one started towards me and kept changing directions to follow me (keeping quite close - within a few feet). Soon after I managed to shake it another one started following me. It was so strange, and a little startling. I must have invade their nut burial ground or something. A little girl near by saw the whole thing and thought it was rather amusing.
After class I spent the remainder of my day cooking, drawing, doing laundry and doing some research for my trip to Oxford tomorrow with Ellie. I videochatted with Dad, Fred and Melissa for a while which was very nice. Olivia was yapping away in the background sounding very happy.
Now I have stayed up far too late finishing my laundry. Long busy day tomorrow.
Night.
