I managed to get up in time to attend the 9am session I signed up for. It was on the network system of the Uni. It was pretty helpful, now I know how it works and what it all has to offer. It was really hot and since I couldn't go swimming I hung out in my room for a while and attempted to take a nap, which didn't work very well. I went over to Melinda's apartment to see what she was up to and she took Andy and I to Chancellor Park to go shopping. We went to the Chemist first so I could get some burn cream. The cream works well. We went to Woolworths too so I could get some groceries. I hung out in my room for a little while again and then Melinda came over and we made tacos. It was nice to cook some real food and just hang out in my apartment. I then putzed around and got ready to go out. Thursday night in student night at the Buderim Tavern and they have a free shuttle bus from the apartments to the Tav. Buderim is about a 5-10 minute bus ride from the Uni. Melinda, Andy and I all went at 9:30 and everyone else came on the 10:30 bus. It was a lot of fun and there were a ton of people there. We got back just after 2 and I went to bed I knew I had to get up early to take a tour in the morning.
