Happy Easter! The Easter Bunny came in the night and hid 24 Easter eggs around our annex. Unfortunately Jonny woke up around 630am and wanted the toilet but the Easter Bunny's hiding spots weren't very good so he had to use the toilet in the van. This caused such a commotion that everyone else was soon wide-awake! We couldn't let the kids do the Easter hunt straight away as the neighbours were still fast asleep but by 730am they couldn't wait any longer. By 8am nearly all the eggs were demolished and Jonny was looking particularly green - he has never been very good with sugar! The kids shot out to play and didn't really come in again until dinnertime. No one wanted breakfast or lunch so Nick and I spent the day sitting in the sun reading and watching most people pack up and head home. In the afternoon we went back to Betka beach with Doris and Joerg for a walk but otherwise it was a day of relaxation. We had to put the heating on late afternoon as it's getting cold now and the weather is beginning to affect our travel plans. After the last few weeks of rain we are thinking of heading straight to the Northern Territory to find warmth!!
