Woke up around 8am after a shocking night's sleep. We heard drag racing on the highway, police chases and pissed people walking through the camp throughout the night. It didn't help us like this camp anymore with a grey sky that made everything seem dark and miserable! We decided structure was needed and spent the morning doing schoolwork. Unfortunately Jonny rebelled at this wanting to play instead and it all ended in tears!! After lunch we decided to head off to Hastings and have a walk along the beach. Unfortunately when we got there we realised it didn't have much of a beach and ended up driving around for another couple of hours trying to find one! We passed through some more pretty villages with very expensive houses but gave up on the walk and headed back towards Rosebud instead. We called into Coles for dinner and went home and cooked a roast lamb on the bbq - beautiful and every scrap eaten! The kids had an early shower and then watched a movie while we spent the night researching where to go next. It took us hours as we hit school holidays soon and park prices go through the roof for Easter!!
