June and Mick's Retirement Trip
Just to make you feel better this is a photo from outside where we are staying. Note the grey clouds! Although I understand you have snow over there.
We didn't do much today except travel up and down from Perth. We took the train North-west to Midland as a nostalgia trip for Mick. We passed through Maylands where he lived and Ashfield where he went to school. These are old suburbs and it was interesting to see the old houses some of which were built in the late 1800s, most of them having tin roofs.
After a bite to eat we travelled back to Perth and then down to Fremantle where we looked around the market and then had a quick beer in The Sail and Anchor.

Dorothy and Bob The Blaney day's have followed you.
Dorothy and Bob Hope there's lots of sunshine in store. Polishing up my sporran for tonight. We'll raise a glass to absent friends. Have you managed to source any Haggis in Oz - I'm sure they have Burns Dinners there.
