June and Mick's Retirement Trip
After a comfortable sleep we woke up to a very cloudy day. We set off early and headed towards Denmark to the Valley of the Giants and the treetop walk. As you can see from the photo it was a little precarious and it swayed a lot as you walked across. Mick felt slightly sea/air sick but we met other people who felt the same. The forest consisted of mainly Tingle trees and the walk at the highest point was 40m.
We carried on around the forest road and then continued onto Denmark itself another small country town. We decided not to stay here and headed towards Albany.
Between Denmark and Albany we detoured to look at Elephant Rocks and Greens Pool. As the name suggests Elephant Rocks look just like a herd of elephants.
