It has been a cultural day today as you can see from the photo! We went along to Cottesloe Beach to see the Sculpture by the Sea exhibition which started today. Monica came with us as she didn't have to work. This event has been going 10 years and the exhibits are by artists from 10 different countries including one from England.
The sculptures were very varied and they stretched along the beach and the esplanade. It wasn't possible to take photos of all the sculptures but I have a photo album for some of them. I did like the big pink rabbit!!
This evening we went to Fremantle to the riverfront, ate fish and chips and then went crabbing from the jetty. We managed to catch a few and Claude is now cooking them as I write. I will take a photo for you all to see.

Stuart & Christine Chikkies are very perky and in full production. Felicity has become very assertive and is now Gang Mistress! There are 5 frogs in your pond together with the first of this years frogs spawn. Spring has now sprung.
Carol That's a rude bum June. Been gardening today. Saw James has got into the Senior School he wanted same as Jazzy that's good. As ever enjoying yourselves
Liz Still enjoying yourselves, great sculptures! Toasted you on Wednesday when out to lunch!
Jenny A mixed bunch of sculptures, can't say I liked them all. Some were fun though. Hope you enjoyed the crabs. Real flamingoes on the beach, wow. Hope the portion size of fish and chips was smaller today.
