June and Mick's Retirement Trip
Went to Hilary's first and had a huge milkshake. This snack bar had a vast selection of different flavours and I had honeycomb. Mick was looking at all the boats for sale but as he gets seasick I don't think it would be a good idea!
Next we went to a shopping centre called Westfield to buy an 18th birthday card for one of the nephews.
After lunch we drove to the coast and Burns Beach which is North Perth. It was very windy on the coast so it was a pleasant temperature. We found a bench at the top of the steps and sat like Derby and Jones watching the waves for an hour or so. Very refreshing and exhilarating! The photo is of Burns Beach.

Jenny Would like the milk but not to sure about the honeycomb. I would fancy a fruit flavour. Mick can have a new boat for his bath!!!! Beautiful scenery like this needs to be savoured. Don't feel guilty. Although Clacton and Southend are nice we have to travel a way in the British Isles for views like this and certainly not so solitary.
Carol It was Perth the other day on that programme in the morning that lets UK people samples Australia and New Zealand - I have seen all the sights before - on here!
