To Figeholm guest Harbour, yes we need more food and updated forecast, today no wind and overcast and as it turned out just as well because the channel if that's what it can be called was so narrow and shallow we felt we could touch the rocks and buoys, as we motored down through the islands we wondered why all the other boats were much smaller than us. On arriving in port we found that most of the yachts take the offshore route as they think the narrow passage is not safe for larger yachts. Figeholm is another small town with a supermarket and not much else. We will stay for two nights as we are at the top of the Kalmasund a 90 mm stretch of water inside Orland. We need a fair wind to carry us south and with no anchorages to be found only guest Harbours our leisurely days of sailing and anchoring are over for a while. The wind looks good for later in the week and maybe even the rain is over for a while. The wifi internet connections have been very slow so we have not been able to talk to anybody for a few days.

Clive and Jane I remember Figeholm, the marina in three different bits with the loos in the farthest bit from where we tied up. Also we walked miles until we eventually found where the supermarket was.
