John cleared for take off - with clean bill of health - Good News!
Greg cleared for take off - literally! He is on his way - Good News!
Van cleared for take off - with insurance paid - Good News!
I dropped in to see Helen, Theresa and Anna in the Cure Parkinson's Office on my last long run and then got pelted with hail on my way home. Hmmm not too sure how I'll feel if it's like this in Scotland... glad we have a campervan - Good news!
Big day tomorrow - off to the airport....
