With just 8 weeks to go (56 days) I thought it was about time I sung the praises of the best running club in the world - Blackheath & Bromley Harriers AC. A finer, more talented, totally supportive (even to such nutcases like us), generous (with time, talent and finances) friendlier bunch of running mates you couldn't find. No I'm not after anything (or being paid) just think it's time we let you know how wonderful you all are and how much we value the club.....thanks!

John E T I second that emotion. Hi, this is John reporting in from BUDAPEST. I wish it was better news.For the last week it has been cold but very sunny..... but this morning we raised the blinds ....it's snowing.That is not the bad news though. I ran my 2 hours last Thursday in -4C and ever since have had a bad cold and cough. Have not slept because of the cough for the last 3 nights and obviously have not run a step!! Our neighbour Zita did give me some Hungarian medicine.....homemade blackcurrant schnapps vintage 2009....51.6%?! Next Sunday will be 30 years since i started running..... so i hope to be back out on the roads by then.
