Great day yesterday. Thank you to all the people who joined us for JT's Blue Plaque Walk in aid of The Cure Parkinson's Trust. And thanks for all those who supported the event by providing food and things to sell. And of course - thank you JT for organising it. A good time to remind folks why we are taking on this crazy challenge - to raise as much as we can to trial a new drug GDNF. If you type Parkinson's GDNF into You Tube you can see a remarkable clip of a previous trial - it really has to be seen to be believed! It's a big challenge - just like ours - please help by donating....
Oh, and don't worry, we didn't miss out on our run - JT and I ran 13 miles in the morning, before the walk! (And another 24+ today.)
