Sorry for the break in transmission folks - busy few days here as we spiral towards D Day! Biggest news is that the Tracking Website is now up and running (although we aren't yet - of course!) There is a live (yellow text) link in the 'About Peter/John' box, to the right of the page, which you can click on and it will take you to a map that will update our postion every 60seconds. (From Monday the 23rd of course). HUGE THANKS to James Taylor at Remote Asset Management - for setting up this RAM Tracking facility completely free of charge. Gentlemen we salute you.

Running wise - JT and I have been listening to our bodies which both appear to be saying - 'can we have a break before you work us to death?'. Obliging souls that we are - we are doing just that. I think we are both feeling quite tired at this stage and suffering every psychological ailment known to every runner who stands a week away from the challenge of a life time. Just need to get going.
