Shake Jogle & Roll
Our first full day trial was a complete success! Our plan for the Jogle is to split each day's run into 3 with an hours rest between each section for food and drink (and perhaps a change of clothes). The first two sections will be 2 hrs and the last whatever it takes to complete the 30 miles. Bit cold, but today we ran 12 miles in each of the first two sessions leaving just 6 miles to polish off - which we did in a neat hour. Very pleased. It's a good start....

Cliff I've just had a note from a friend (non-BBHAC I should add) saying that he had completed 50 miles running this MONTH - I won't tell him about your 30 miles 'trial run'. Good luck - Cliff
