I'm Not feeling great and have a sore throat. But I get up and do the dishes then make a cake. I add an extra egg to help make it less crumbly. That was a bit mistake. The cake pours over the edge instead of raising. It makes a big mess. I'm so disappointed. Again. I quickly make a new half cake batch and make a second smaller cake once I've cleaned out the oven. It turns out better, but not as brilliant as my sugarless cake last weekend. I get working on the school lesson and prepare my pages to be printed. Hannah buys soda and we take cake over to the day care to celebrate her birthday with them. By the end of the day there is no cake left. After we take the good to the hospital we stop by the printing place and then home. I put the peas on to cook after soaking most of the day. I continue on The lesson questions. Unfortunately the peas burn while I'm not watching them. I try and salvage them. Not a good day for me and cooking. We have a delicious dinner of baked potatoes and cauliflower with patties and watermelon.
