I get up early so I can do washing and hang out the cloth. We leave before 7:30 so we can make visiting hours at the hospital. There is an discoloured puddle on the floor in the entrance which is very disconcerting. We switch babies bottle and hot water and leave. We have to leave the car unlocked or else we wouldn't be able to get back in. Not trying that again! We head straight to the school and get in without a wait even though it's not even 8am! We leave the teaching plans with the head of school and head home. I put the lentils on to soak. Hannah goes to take a baby to his shots but ends up getting redirected to other tasks. We FaceTime with Heidi and Anthony and then I get into my cooking. A pot if lentils and 4 batches of cookies. It takes most of the afternoon. Malcolm has gone to help make bed slats. We being in the washing just as it starts to spit. Soon it's pouring down so hard. As we are rolling cookies water gushes out from under the sink. Oh no plumbing issues. Hannah goes with mal to the school. Thankfully Malcolm is able to fix the plumbing. A simple connection issue. The cleaner cleans the rest of the house and another girl irons cloth for money. I eat something for dinner and shower. The grace the tailor comes and delivers the quilt. It's so pretty. I container the lentils then head to bed. Bed is appreciated.
