Day 23. Leon
Quiet day. Wet morning cleared this afternoon
A quiet day mostly resting my feet. Blisters hardening up nicely. I can not believe I pulled a muscle on my lower right leg. I was cold and hurrying back to hotel in the rain.
Went out this evening. There is a medieval festival in town. Stalls all round the cathedral selling gee gaws and food. Had dinner with Adele and Robbie two Aussie women. I had fillet steak which was a lovely treat.
Have booked a bed tomorrow 20 kms away so no need to get up early. Drizzling at the moment but. Should be cool and cloudy but dry tomorrow. Glad to talk to Dad Alice and Hugh today. Received a cool photo of Ava's new shorter hair style.
