Day 28. Rabinal. De Camino to molinseca. 25.21 kms. Some up lots of down.
The photo is me posting a postcard to Jed and Ava.
After a good rest felt better in the morning and was up ready to go at 7:00am. Went further than planned cos felt good.
Looking forward to Hugh getting here. We can set our own pace. Ok to go solo again.
As you will see from the pictures the landscape has changed completely and even a few herds of cattle about. Will upload photos tomorrow when waiting for Hugh. Must sleep. Paid 40€ for a private room and I am over the outside dining/bar. Lots of noise. Last night the coughing French woman had the room next to me. Sometimes the camino won't let you buy peace and quietness.

DT ear plugs? Feeling homesick (?) for Spain (the little part of it I have seen) - reading your blog and especially looking at your photos. I received a pressie in the post yesterday from Carissa, it was a tile with the symbol of the camino on it that she bought at xmas tme when she was in Santiago de Compostela. We did get so excited whenever we saw one of the symbols... but that's cos we only spent a couple of days on the trail! Not an epic traveller like you! I imagine you might no longer get excited at the sight of one, except when you're searching for the trail :-). You are doing marvellously, keep up the great work! xx
kiwi07 I love the signs. I have not been lost yet but find the signs a real comfort. The Spanish people are great always ready to set us on the right track. The signs annoy me when they don't put them the right way. You know me I thinking if applying for a job with the camino police. Love Rp
