WOW,WOW,WOW is all I can say to describe this mornings ride, we rode up hills and cruised back down with mighty mountains to our left and right. We were cycling through the mountains although there was still a few descent climbs for us. I got the biggest thrill and it really felt like an achievement to conquer some of these. Way up in the mountains you would think you would feel isolated - not in France there are small villages everywhere. The Savioe Region is truly beautiful - home of the Rebluchon cheese and the Montbeliate cow. 

I feel alive, I feel alive I sang as pedaling along, the villages had running water that was portable so we could fill our bottles and drink to our hearts content – oh I love this part of France. There are loads of cycle routes all of varying difficulties mainly red or black – meaning fit or athletic!! We had a mixture of the two.
