Day 262, 23 March 2013, Whistler, B.C. Loving the skiing, we really are - having a ball in fact. But today was Saturday! Yay! Rest day. We are doing as the locals do and leaving the mountain to the folks who come up just for the weekend and ski like crazy people. Much safer to have a rest. So we pretty much did just that. Except for heading into the village and stocking up on supplies. Including the all important magic logs for the fire. Today's photo is actually not of Whistler, it's a shot taken by our mate Ian in the Isle of Skye (Scotland). Actually made us a bit homesick. Which is daft because Skye isn't home. But there you have it. Looking forward to another rest day tomorrow.
