Leon Leon is a city whose history goes back a thousand years. Having been subjected to the Barbarian and Moslem invasions, as from the 10th century it has witnessed the emergence of the monarchy and nobility of northwestern Spain. Mansilla de la Mullas to Leon After a paella and a good nights sleep last night, I feel pretty good again this morning for the 18km walk into Leon.
