Logoso to Cee The sight of the sea as I came over the hill through the forest was exhilarating. I have been walking for over six weeks and to see the sea at Cee is an amazing visual experience - a real wow factor! In the distance, I could also see the finger of land called Fisterra and the lighthouse at the very edge of Spain before the Atlantic Ocean begins. I will be there tomorrow at journeys end and I am so excited about reaching this point. It has been an unbelievable adventure since I left St Jean Pied de Port on October 2nd and I have a thousand memories to last me a lifetime (or until my next adventure anyway!) I hope that in some small way, I might have inspired Jon, Alex and Livy to know that whatever your age, you can make your dreams and ambitions come true. For many weeks on my Camino adventure, I have been with Margita and whatever the future holds, she will always have a special place in my heart for the amazing experiences we have shared. My Camino amigo, muchas gracias xxx
