Went for a wee meeing with the guys at the head off of The Change Group in Australia today. Thought i might be able to get a job in Sydney with them, which would be really handy but they are shutting two branches just now so have more than enough staff at the moment which kind of sucks :( however there is possibility that i might be able to get some work in Surfers Paradise, Darwin or Perth, need to make some phone calls and see how I would work it into my travels. Bit gutted about Sydney but guess it just means that i need to actually put some more effort into lookin for a job.

Also went out at night with Becky and Hariett. We first went to the Scubar, which has a real studenty/backpackery feel to it. Played class chessy music and old school tunes which i loved. Oh and they also do crab racing there on Monday nites, but we couldnt see anythin for the crowds of people round the stage but i was informed that i wasnt missing much cause the crabs were tiny! We then went to Scruffy Murphys for a drink and there was a live band on, which were pretty good. The girl who was singing had this incredible voice that you just wouldnt expect to come out of such a wee person!
