After we had recovered from our weekend on Moreton Island it was time to plan for Jen's birthday and the arrival of another hommie in the form of Miss Caselton.

After a couple of 'normal' weeks it was time for Jen to get a little bit older. The main activities were brought forward a couple of days to the weekend and it started with a wander around the streets of Brisbane to get her sufficiently disorientated before we headed up the stairs to a day spa where she had been secretly booked in for the morning.

After a morning of full body massages, facials, head massages and various other treatments it was time to head back to the apartment where the relaxing day could continue. With some flowers from the rellies back home and one or two Birds of Paradise from a little closer the rest of the day was spent attending her every whim! It wasn't until a couple of days later, on the actual day of her birthday, that Jen was finally allowed her presents from the top shelf where they had previously been out of harms way!

Lucy is due to land on our sunny shores tomorrow so we will be spending the next couple of weeks entertaining while she reacquaints herself with the area.
