Day 40 - Sat 28 April - Cascade Creek - Milford Sound - Henry Creek Wow - it snowed overnight! We woke to snow on the car and caravan this morning. It was odd looking at the snow on our big skylight from the inside! The hills and bush were dusted in snow too. It must have been a chilly night for those in tents here. Day 39 - Fri 27 April - Te Anau to Cascade Creek (Milford Road) We got ready to hook up this morning and head up the Milford Road - however, not till the early lot of buses have gone through. Day 36 - Tue 24 April - Mossburn to Te Anau During the night we had to move the caravan beside the barn to get shelter from the strong winds but it wasn't too bad by the morning. Day 35 - Mon 23 April - Mossburn There was quite a bit of wind in the night rocking us about. However it was a lovely fine day for a drive up to the nearby Mavora Lakes. 36km of the 41km out there is gravel so we played dodge the pothole!
