Day 12 - Sat 31 March - Picton/Koromiko It was a fine morning with a bit of wind. We went into Picton to get the gas filled, some meat and to check the time for Easter Vigil Mass. The afternoon was windy with rain threatening but it didn't deter the golfers on the course over the fence. We went into Picton for Vigil Mass at 7pm. I'm guessing the church is the same one Mum's family went to when they lived in Picton many years ago.

Fri 30 March - Plimmerton to Picton We spent this morning sorting out a freshwater top up and grey and black water dump. We made our lunch to eat in the ferry queue as we have to be there by 12.30pm. It was quiet with no trains running over Easter - some of those staying here had been expecting to use them to go in and out of the city. They were a might miffed!
