Saturday, my friends and I decided we wanted to go on an adventure. So that's exactly what we did. :) We hiked a trail that goes past the Alhambra to a park that is at the top of the trail. The park is really popular for families to hang out at (most of them drive up though) and it was funny because there were a bunch of grils but instead of cooking hamburgers and hot dogs, they were making Paella and Morica!

The hike was beautiful on the way up, but it definitely had me sweating. We were getting passed by mountain bikers who really enjoyed the huge adrenaline rush the entire walk there! At the park, we relaxed in the sun (where of course I got sunburnt once again) and ate our lunches. Hanging out was a blast and I could not get enough of the view. We listened to the Spanish music coming from other people's stereos and even got to enjoy some guitar playing as well.

After we had all cat napped and ate our full lunch, we headed back down to Granada. There was a group of guys that were behind us on the trail that were playing guitar and singing the entire way down. It was so entertaining!

After doing this I decided this is the hike that I am definitely taking Mom, Annie, Brandt, and Mary on when they come and visit me in June. :)
