This past weekend, some of the people in my group and I visited the cities of Toledo and Madrid, Spain. I had a blast and loved both of the cities!

In Toledo, we toured the 11th largest cathedral in the world and visited a jewelry/sword factory where we got to see earings and swords being made right in front of us. Then we went to a look out point over the town of Toledo and the river. It was extremely gorgeous and I think I took 1000000 pictures. :)

In Madrid, we toured the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace (which was frigging beautiful inside with all of the original furniture, carpets, etc), and went on a bike tour of the city. A couple of my friends and I also saw the Temple de Debod which was my favorite place. It is an old Egyptian temple that was moved to Spian from Europe. We went at sunset and it was stunning to see. Then we watched the sun go down over Madrid (and of course, tons more pictures).
