Last night, some of us went to our first Flamenco show since we have been in Granada. IT WAS AWESOME! Flamenco originated in the Andulucia region (Southern Spain) so it is extremely popular here and the shows are spectacular. Lots of the museums have information on the history of Flamenco also.

The show was in a building that was sort of like a cave and was a smaller atmosphere. It made it much more enjoyable because it was so authentic and we were able to tell how much Flamenco plays a role in the Spanish culture.

There were two different groups of performers, each had two girls and one guy dance. There was also a singer and a guitarrist. I loved it all and could have watched it all night. :)
