Wednesday 7th October - Off to the beach for Lunch and Maybe a Swim?

We got up out of the Metro Station and walked the wrong way but soon enough we turned around and headed back down past the port and past all of these restaurants along the Mall de la Barcelonetta. There had to be 50 of them one after the other all touting for business.
Around the corner at the end and here was the beach and also the wind.

We found an eatery right on the sand and sat one back from the beach front but out of the sun. Great view and there were a number of people on the sand and some on the loungers. A few people in swimming, a few having massages, hawkers selling pareaus, and us just sitting lapping up the view and having beer and tapas. (Must have a salad tonight?)

It was a nice time and when we had finished the consensus was that it was too windy to lie on the beach and no that nice to have a swim so we wandered down all of the alleys to get back to the Born Area.
