Last night it was absolutely blowing a gale, very high winds and rain, I had to get up during the night to roll up the awning as I was worried it was going to tear up during the storm! In the morning we got up early to go and feed the Dolphins. We had been looking forward to feeding the Dolphins at Monkey Mia for a few months now, so this was it the time had come. First the weather was terrible and then guess what? . . . . . . The Dolphins didn't come in!
Apparently it only happens three or four times a year and just the day we want to feed them they decide not to come in!! I think it may have had to do with the overnight storm but it was disappointing none the less! We didn't want to stay another night, the wind was still howling through the camp and it was too expensive to stay another night anyway! We returned to the caravan, packed up and left for Kalbarri.
