Today we travelled a short distance to Yanchep. Along the way there are huge brilliant white sand dunes on the left of the Indian Ocean Drive when heading south, quite a distance from the ocean, just spectacular! The road along here is possibly the best we have experienced in terms of condition. Not a pothole to be seen or felt and it undulates beautifully through dips and over crests and the views are magnificent looking over the crystal clear Indian Ocean. Its a beautiful part of the country and I think it'll get better the further south we go. We could easily have made it to Perth today but we decided to stop in Yanchep for the night.
