We woke to a beautiful sunny morning with temperatures in the mid twenties! We decided to explore the picturesque Kalbarri National Park. Kalbarri National Park is only about 30km from Kalbarri Township but it is a fairly rough corrugated road getting in there. This morning we got up to a beautiful sunny day with very mild temperature. As it is my birthday today, we went out for coffee and breakfast to a little cafe called Angies Cafe, really nice and cozy, serving great coffee and a good feed! Now, I love all kinds of parrots and in her research on Kalbarri, Kellie had found a place called Rainbow Jungle, a massive Parrot breeding facility set up for tourists to liesurely wander through. After 'not' feeding the Dolphins this morning we travelled the 160km back out to the main Coastal Highway. On the way out we stopped at Eagle Bluff which was an 8km return drive on a corrugated road. As we got out of the car the wind almost blew us back in again, wow it was cyclonic, really! Beautiful outlook though, very rugged coastline, and there is a board walk along the cliff face, which on a nice day would be a lovely walk. We headed out again and then stop...
