I thought long and hard about the upside down photo to post today and finally chose Roger with a sausage. Yes you might need to zoom in a bit but it was a lovely one enjoyed mid morning on our way from v small Basque village to Pamplona. The weather has been unbelievable with not one cloud since we arrived. The hedgerows are so beautiful and now that roger has taken over responsibility for wildlife spotting we get an amazing commentary on what is around us. I had never seen a greater crested spotted blue celandine before.... It might be a first. We are meeting a lot of people along the way. In fact it's proving hard to find some thinking time. But it's so interesting to find out why everyone is doing the Camino and so many stories and emotions are not far from the surface but a lot of tolerance around. Pamplona seems like a real party city with huge puppets in the street when we arrived including one of Conchitta Wurst.......some photos on facebook. Chris, you would have loved the tapas tonight. Things just getting going in typical Spanish fashion as we get ready for bed as it's 28kms heading back to the countryside tomorrow. No blisters so far but it takes me 10 minutes to get moving if I sit down for long. Hope everyone is ok and feel v remote from news and things in England so post me a message of things I should know x
