First of all apologies to those.who see to think we managed to walk to Italy. There must be two Negreiras and one of them is't in Spain. But as the pic show.we are on the way to the coast. Today was 21 miles and even when Roger and I were used to Camino walking those are hard days...never mind for those who have just joined and ah hem might not have been the fine tuned training required. But we made it. We are making use of the taxi service that takes your rucksacks from place to place...expect for Roger who is being very manly or fill in adjective you would like to use instead. It wasn't too hot today and another very warm welcome in a jolly village .tomorrow we should get our first glimpse of the sea which means we have walked all across the north of Spain and somehow the physical.challenge is falling into context. Still an amazing mix of pilgrims including a Finnish family with blind dad and his guide dog. But it's been a big lesson to just go and do it and I hope you know what I'm talking about.

Jo Have just read Laurie Lees As I walked out one mid summers Morning. A must read so you can compare your pilgrimages!
Maeve Isobel - many congratulations on making it all the way there - and still looking for more. Have thought of you often and we're missing you, even if you are not missing us!!
Robina Hi girlies & Roger & crew Well lovely to see you, Im almost dried out after the after party party & looking forward to seeing you all. Thought I better have a quick peak at blog so i appear informed !! You all look ok although not sure whether those are intentionally dropped hip lines on Jane & Alice or just decaying joints ? Hope you are all surviving ok, I havent made it to the gym in Fulham Broadway this week never mind the camino. Anyway will be in Santiago by midday tomorrow so give me a call to let me know when you are likely to join me meanwhile could you do something about those clouds please ? Well done all, must dash my mojitos getting warm. Love Robina
Ollie You don't fool me! I've studied the photograph - you're in Gloucestershire - I can see the Severn estuary and the Welsh mountains in the background. Glad to see you're all having a good time.
