The final days walk. A few small hills but mainly downhill. Started to get warm as the day progressed and there was very little shade so it became a tough finale. Finally arrived at Puente la Reine and managed to pick up my bag. Arranged a taxi to Pamplona which is only 20 minutes away. Ulla came with me and is to get a bus back to Puente la Reine in the morning to continue her Camino to Santiago. A very nice hotel, well situated. As is typical in the bigger cities there was a festival on and we managed to get caught up in the procession. Thousands of people and very busy bars and restaurants. Had a nice meal and then a good sleep.
