Camino 3
A very cold start at 7.30am. The proverbial goat track up to O Cebreiro lived up to its reputation. A long haul up largely rough terrain. I should have got a further indication of it as there were signs for people to hire horses to get them to the top. Beautiful views from the top showing the views of the valleys - a long way below, still covered in mist. Although it was sunny it was still very cold. My hotel for tonight is about 1 km off the Camino track in a very small village. A farming community with beautiful houses and this family run hotel. Nothing else here. An old lady met me and showed me my room and gave me a beer! So I had a siesta and a shower and all is well with the world.
