Started off being a leisurely walk but then it turned into a surprising walk through the beautiful gorge,Foz de Lumbier. It was enter d through a fairly long tunnel without lighting. The middle section of about 50mtrs is totally dark with no light from either entrance. Spectacular views and giant vultures soaring above. Quite a few hills on this section finally reaching Monreal. Only one hotel and there was no checkin desk and nobody to speak English. My walking buddy, Ulla hadn't booked anything but there were no spare rooms - I think only 3 in total, anyway. So the only option was for her to share my room - 2 single beds which worked fine. So a couple of beers in the towns only bar were very welcome. The couple running the place cooked a surprisingly beautiful 4 course dinner and a bottle of wine.
