We left our anchorage near Kiel before 09.00 as we were up and about, not the best place to stay as we had wash from the ships all night they were a long way off but we still had some movement. The wind was gusting up to 26 kns but with two reefs in we were sailing along at over 7 kns. We took a few waves over the deck, they only managed to soak me..! Brenda always managed to get behind the spray hood just in time. We arrived in the Schlei a 20km fjord, we anchored again just behind the town of Maasholm in a huge lake. After we had a walk ashore and brought some chips, we then watched the best sunset of our trip just before 22.00.
