Today Fiona, Kate and Calvin went for a cycle through Delamere forest. We started off with a quick bite to eat at the Delamere forest cafe - we sat outside in the beautiful sunshine to eat! Bike hire wasn't cheap - £25 per bike for 3 hours. Not the €3 for a whole day we got accustomed to in Holland! They were pretty good mountain bikes though. Calvin went for a run this morning for the first time in ages. It was more of a walk and run along the Wirral Way to Gayton and back. Fiona, Barnaby, Kate and Calvin headed over to Frodsham in the morning to put some flowers on the family graves at St Laurence Church cemetery.
