It was time to say goodbye to what had been our home for a week. We loved our stay with Hanan, Mohamed and Yahya - they were so warm and friendly and we had such great chats. The family's little boy, Yahya, had to go to an appointment in Toledo today so it was a great excuse for us all to go on a day trip there! It was early. Well, earlier than usual which meant being awake and up at 8 am instead of the usual 9 am. Mohamed had to go somewhere on the train to get his forklift ticket and he needed to be at the train station by 8:30 am. Kate and Calvin went to Madrid today to explore the capital of Spain! After breakfast at home, we drove to Aranjuez and caught the train all the way in (Kate slept for most of the journey) to Sol station.
