Phil & Rosemary's Travels
On the road this morning through Balladonia and only around 200km to Fraser Range today. We stopped at Newman Rock which we found fascinating, particularly as it had a fair bit of water in the rock pool. We had a good walk around, Rosemary photographing and really interested in the plants, surprising how many are flowering.
Then onto the park. A different sort of a place with a bit of history although we were a little disappointed, the only concession to a working station were a couple of pet sheep. Never the less it is a pretty spot and we quite enjoyed our stay.
They had a rain water tank overflowing so we gave the van and everything a good scrub up from a bucket. Much refreshed.
