Every night when the two boys go to bed they spend at least 15 minutes wrestling each other, despite multiple warnings and threats. They then get too hot, climb out of their sleeping bags and strip off their pj's before finally falling asleep. This would all be bearable if they didn't wake up in the middle of the night freezing cold! Neither of them have the sence to climb back into their sleeping bags when they wake up. Instead they moan and wail until I wake up, climb out of bed and go over and sort them out! It happens soooo frequently I've started fining them $2 every time I'm woken up and this morning I woke up $4 richer!! It was another beautiful day, the wind had disappeared and we sat outside and had coffee before breakfast. Once everyone had finished eating we went down to the beach and while Nick played cricket with the kids I walked along the shore to the next suburb, Torquay. I had a quick browse through a gift shop and then went back and joined the others. After an hour or two we were ready for coffee so I went off for another walk to buy some milk and then took the coffees down to the beach. Jonny was not having a good day and had spent most of the morning irritating everyone else so eventually I dragged him home to have some time out. Annie decided that she had been equally painful and should suffer time out too and came back with us. I made them some lunch, took lunch to the others on the beach and then did a couple of hours school work with Anna and Jonny - focusing on his school work seemed to sort Jonny out and for the rest of the day he was delightful!! Once we'd finished I dropped them back off at the beach with Nick and went and got my hair cut - blissful! We picked up take away for dinner as no one wanted to get in the car to go shopping today and spent the evening in fron of the TV. Only a short drive to Noosa tomorrow so no major pack up required tonight or early start needed tomorrow.
