In Kampala Sunday morning, bit of a change :)

Been on duty all this week, so this mornings lie in until 8 was heaven, instead of the horrible 6am :)
Tidied the house and collected water for Keish's arrival tomorrow.

Just thought we'd pop online, kill some time before we had to Lugogo Cricket Oval, for hopefully a chance to see the World Cup trophy. It doesn't say what time on the interent so we're heading in for 12, fingers crossed :)

Mr Omen on Thursday found a bicycle, so at school, him and some P6 lads spent the afternoon cleaning it, all very proud :) That night he came to our door, all mud and dust on his shirt, "The bicycle killed me, it had no breaks!" He'd fallen off, cut his hand, arm and leg. He's so funny :)

Saw our first Ugandan prostitutes.. We were on a boda, back to the taxi park at 9pm and it was slight scary sight, boobs spilling out of their tops and cheeky winks towards us arghh :)

So another money fact of how cheep it is here..
800ml bottle of Coke - 1,200 sh/ which is 40p!
Also each time we come in to Kampala I buy a fruit salad.. Jackfruit, Mango, Pineapple, Sugar Cane and Watermelon. It's all fresh fruit and sets me back 3,000 sh/ - 1pound!
It's silly money and such a shame, as for Ugandans it's really not cheap!

Anyway must dash, text our boda driver, he's picking us up from outside the Post Office.
