Today we changed hotels.
The kids were so excited when we arrived at The Art of Animation Resort in Disney World and thought they had arrived in Heaven!
This is the newest Disney resort. The resort is definitely geared towards families. There are 10 buildings and 4 theme areas and 3 themed pools.
The four themes are: Cars, Finding Nemo, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. Pools are located in the Cars, Nemo and The Little Mermaid Sections. The place is crazy, the details are amazing with each section looking like the movie set.
We are located in the Cars section and our room is themed around the Cars movie. So well done. The kids are having a ball exploring the hotel which in addition to pools has a large restaurant, arcade and Disney Shop! They even give the kids (big and small) lessons on how to draw characters!
One last impressive thing is the arm bands which you get on arrival. The armband gives you access to your room, all parts of the hotel and also acts as a payment mode when combined with a pin. Simply awesome!
