Today we went to Universal Studios Resort.



Straight away we got to meet Men in Black and Scooby and Shaggy.





Dad went on the first ride called Rock It. I was too small for the ride. Dad gives it 30 Oliviers out of 10. The coaster starts off straight into the air. Dad loved it as it was fast, he got to choose his own soundtrack for the ride, a song called "Pump Up the Volume". I like the song also. He also got a video of his ride with the soundtrack being the song he chose. Check out a bit of Dad's

We then did the Despicable Me, Shrek 4D and Twister rides. Despicable me was the best. It was funny and cool as it was a 3D ride. Philippe was giggling the whole time.

Then we did the Hollywood Disaster ride. I got picked to be the kid in the movie. This was an awesome ride. First we had to film some scenes, then we all were filmed in a disaster at a railway station where there was an earthquake and a flood. The camera crew filmed our reactions. At the end of the ride we saw the final movie and I was co-staring with The Rock. It was sweet.



The Mummy ride was the best ride. I give it 30 Oliviers out of 10. It is an indoor rollercoaster. It started off kinda slow. I thought it was going to be boring but then the coaster took off. It was AWESOME. It was fast and with a loop.

The Men in Black ride and the Simpsons rides were also great. in MIB we got to shoot at aliens. The Simpsons ride was 4D and was really cool as you flew through Springfield.





Today we also got to meet Frank, the dog from MIB and watched him and other animals used in movies at a show.



The show at the end of the day explained that Universal is 100 years old and showed parts of the movies over the last 100 years. It was cool with great fireworks, lights and water spouts.
