Today we went to Universal Studios - Islands of Adventure.

Universal Studios is two parks. One called "Islands of Adventure", the other "Universal Studios Florida". We only did one today and will do the other on Sunday.



First thing we did was go to Harry Potter. We visited the wand master and got our wands! Cool! Then we went and did the Harry Potter ride. This ride is an awesome ride, I score it 25 Oliviers out of 10. It is the best ride I have been on. The best bit was how the ride made it feel like you were really flying around.



Then we went to Jurassic Park. I LOVED the Jurassic Park ride. This ride is a cruise where you can see the Dinosaurs. At the end you get one big gigantic splash. We got pretty wet on this ride. I score this 21 Oliviers out of 10.



The Dinosaur fly ride was just OK. I wont score it.



The ripsaw falls ride is really fun. This is a log ride. You go through a building and you follow a story about Dudley Do Right. I have never seen this character, dad had to explain it to me. This is the best water ride and ends with a huge splash but you also get pretty wet along the way. I rate this 24 Oliviers out of 10.



Next was the Spiderman ride. This is a 3D ride. It was cool. We followed Spiderman in a special car. Bad guys tried to kill us by electocuting our car, throwing our car around, one bad guy threw the car off a building.



Dad went on the Hulk roller coaster. Dad reckons this is worth 25/10 Oliviers. It is a fast coaster and has killer loops. You accelerate to over 100kpms before the end of the launch ramp.



We saw the Sinbad stunt show. The show had heaps of stunts. The best bit was Sinbad's partner who was very funny. We got to meet the cast!



Poisedon's Fury was a walk through ride. The coolest thing was the tunnel with water (water spinning on the outside of the tunnel like you are going through a tunnel under the sea) we walked through and then the end was awesome when Poisedon battled a bad guy.



The last thing we did was play with the wishing fountain. The fountain talks to you and makes fun of you. It also squirts people. The fountain gives people quizzes, even if they get the answer right it still squirts people. Loic got soaked hahahahahaha.



On the way out we visited Dr Seuss land. Dad loved it as it was colourful and had rides that included Dr Seuss stories.
